Join us for this unique event that combines sound healing with a deeply transformational chakra yoga class. The new moon energy in passionate, expressive Leo helps us find our authentic voices and use them to manifest the life of our dreams. Leo is a fire sign, which is about action and adventure—a time to take bold risks. Leo is also the ruler of the heart and spine, which will be a major focus in our yoga practice.
We will start the evening with a powerful yoga sequence that's accessible to all levels, getting your body open, relaxed and ready to absorb healing sounds. As we follow the most ancient yoga technique, we will work through each chakra, starting at the root and going all the way up to the crown chakra. Along the way, you will learn more about the chakra system and balance the energies in your body. You can expect an invigorating class that works with a specially designed flow, anatomical alignment and moments of deep relaxation.
We then begin our sound bath, where we lay back and immerse ourselves in healing sonic vibrations, providing a way in for deep healing of the mind, body and spirit. While yoga practice mostly relaxes our physical body, the healing sounds of ancient instruments will help to further balance our deepest energetic layers.
This session is an excellent opportunity to let go of the old and joyfully welcome what we truly want to manifest in our life with the Leo New Moon energy. We will close with a fire ceremony to seal our intention and carry this powerful new energy into every part of our lives.
