Yoga it´s a very very simple thing. No mystery. Nothing to be afraid of.

• It´s doing some Postures or Asanas?: as well, correct.
•It´s doing some breathing techniques?: yes! and you can do it in 2 minutes and will have an awesome benefit and you will feel calm and happy.
•It´s dealing with your own mind?: yes cause when you practice Asanas or Postures your mind will tell you all the time: oh I can not… oh I´m not flexible… oh I´m too bad… Oh look how this person can and I can not. So you have to forget this talking of your negative mind and improve and create positive thoughts.
•It´s working hard?: yes, cause some Asanas requires to have some strength, courage and also its cool cause you will see how you transform energy, body and mind after some classes and regular practice.
